Cisco introduces SA 500 Series Security Appliance, a network device that comes into the category of the Cisco Small Business Pro Series. SA 500 comes with comprehensive security features in an appliance. Cisco’s product sales target for the class of SMEs. For the SME business class, Cisco divides three product categories, namely Small Business Series, Small Business Pro Series, and Cisco Classic Series.
Usually a company should buy some kind of network security products to complement their own. For example, a company must buy a special product to a firewall and an additional product to the Virtual Private Network (VPN). By using the Cisco SA 500, the user directly get the complete security solutions such as firewall, VPN, and intrusion prevention capabilities and security protection websites and e-mail.
